Grilled Chicken & Edamame Bowl

Happy September. These past couple of weeks I’ve been trying new bowl recipes and I loved how this one turned out. It’s easy to make and perfect for lunches during a busy week. I’m including all of the ingredients below, but it’s up to you how much of each you would like to add to your own bowl. I usually eyeball these because sometimes I want more or less of each ingredient. Enjoy!
grilled chicken spiced with garlic & onion powder for protein
edamame for protein, antioxidants, & fiber
kidney beans for iron & fiber to support satiation & digestion
cherry tomatoes with lycopene & vitamin C to support heart health
avocados with antioxidants, vitamin E, protein, & omega-3's to support cholesterol levels, gut health, eyes & skin
cucumber for antioxidants & hydration
red onion with antioxidants like quercetin to support hearth health
queso fresco cheese with calcium & probiotics to support bones & gut health
