Here is a handout I created during my program on ways to help reduce inflammation and build resiliency in your nutrition. A few simple tips include adding nutrient dense foods to your diet to support energy and gut health, exercise whether going for walks or joining a fitness class, and creating connection with friends or spending time in nature to elevate the spirit.
